Terms &
Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms govern use of canbestiarestaurant.com and its reservation-request form. The website is operated for Can Bestia by Can Bestia S.L, with legal address at Carretera San Juan, km 19, 07810 Sant Joan de Labritja, Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not damage, disrupt, overload, or compromise the site or other visitors.

2. Website information

We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but restaurant information can change. Opening hours, menus, dishes, ingredients, availability, descriptions, and prices shown online may be updated without notice. Current information provided directly by the restaurant takes priority over outdated website content.

3. Reservation requests

Submitting the online form does not automatically create or guarantee a confirmed reservation. It is a request for Can Bestia to review. A table is confirmed only when Can Bestia explicitly accepts and confirms the request through an appropriate communication channel.

Reservations remain subject to availability, capacity, opening hours, operational requirements, and the accuracy of the information supplied. If the requested table is unavailable, the restaurant may suggest an alternative date, time, or party arrangement.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying complete and accurate contact and reservation information and for checking any confirmation sent by the restaurant. Please contact Can Bestia promptly if your party size, arrival time, contact details, or plans change.

Do not misuse the form, submit automated or fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, or include unlawful or unnecessary sensitive material in the notes field.

5. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a request or confirmed table, contact the restaurant using the details on the website. This website draft does not state or create any deposit, cancellation charge, minimum spend, or no-show fee. Any future policy of that kind must be communicated clearly and agreed where required before it applies.

6. Allergies and dietary requirements

Tell the restaurant about allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements when making the request and again when speaking with staff or arriving at the restaurant. Online menu descriptions and reservation notes are not a substitute for direct discussion with the team.

Ingredients, preparation methods, and menus can change. Where cross-contact presents a concern, ask the restaurant for current information so the team can explain what can reasonably be accommodated. Nothing in these terms limits legal duties concerning food safety or consumer protection.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website's branding, text, photographs, video, graphics, layout, and other original content belong to Can Bestia, its operator, or authorised licensors. You may view the site for personal use, but may not reproduce, publish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit its content without permission or another lawful basis.

8. Third-party links

The site links to services such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Cloudflare, and Ibiza Agency. Those destinations are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or accept responsibility for an external service.

9. Availability and liability

We may suspend, alter, or withdraw website functionality for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising solely from website unavailability, third-party services, or reliance on information that has clearly become outdated. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, GDPR page, and Cookie Policy explain how reservation and technical data are handled.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts determined under applicable procedural and consumer-protection rules. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections available to you.

12. Updates and contact

We may update these terms when the website or restaurant services change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Questions may be directed to contact@canbestiarestaurant.com.
