1. What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small pieces of information that a website or service can ask a browser to store and return. Browser technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage can also keep information on a device. Some technologies are necessary to provide security or a service requested by a visitor; others, such as analytics or advertising trackers, can require prior consent.

2. What this website currently uses

Our audit found no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, embedded social feeds, embedded Google Maps, embedded YouTube or Vimeo players, or other marketing trackers. Can Bestia's own code does not create cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage.

3. Cloudflare Turnstile

The reservation form uses Cloudflare Turnstile in Managed mode as an essential anti-spam and security service. It runs browser checks and processes limited technical signals such as IP address, browser or user-agent characteristics, TLS information, site key, and website origin. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not read the form entries or other page input.

Turnstile may use strictly necessary cookies or browser mechanisms to perform and preserve security checks. Cloudflare documents a cookie named cf_clearance for deployments that explicitly enable Turnstile pre-clearance. Pre-clearance has not been intentionally enabled for this website.

Turnstile is not disabled through optional-cookie settings because doing so would leave the public reservation form without its required anti-abuse protection. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

4. Google Fonts

The website requests the DM Sans and Italiana font files from Google Fonts. This is a third-party network request and can disclose ordinary connection information, including an IP address and browser request details, to Google. The website does not use Google Analytics or Google advertising services, and no Google tracking cookie is configured by the site's code.

5. Consent and controls

Because the current implementation contains no optional analytics, advertising, marketing storage, or optional embeds, there are no optional cookie categories to accept or reject and the website does not display a consent-choice banner. It also does not create a consent cookie merely to record an unnecessary choice.

You can use your browser settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking essential third-party security technologies may prevent the reservation form from working. Browser controls vary, so consult your browser's privacy or site-data settings for current instructions.

If optional technology is introduced later, this policy and the website will be updated and prior consent controls will be added where required.

6. External links

Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and Ibiza Agency appear as ordinary links, not embedded widgets. Those services receive information only when you choose to follow a link, and their own privacy and cookie policies then apply.
